I ordered from Canada and paid $33 to Scent Bomb for delivery. Scent Bomb's carrier is UPS, which wanted to charge me an additional $54!!! Scent Bomb would not contact the carrier to resolve the issue, so I had no other alternative than to return the product and request a refund. International buyers beware.

Expensive and shipping

$20 US for a 16 oz bottle!! Expensive!! Then website says free shipping - not true
I got charged $20 US to ship 4 bottles. Email complaint reply states free shipping applies only to US orders ( I'm in Canada) - NOT posted on website!
